UAE Government has decided to Makes Emergency Call System Mandatory in Vehicles

To reduce the response time after traffic accidents, the UAE government has decided to make Emergency Call System (ECall) mandatory on all vehicles.

Abdullah Al Maeeni, director-general of Esma, said that the system will be working in cooperation with the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA).
