UAE Police Takes Lead by Introducing Hybrid Vehicles to its Fleet

Dubai is focusing more on environment friendly products.

Vision 2021 agenda for UAE focuses on improving the air quality, increasing green growth plans, increasing the contribution of clean energy and preserving water resources. Country is also focusing on improving the fuel efficiency for cars.

But, police department of UAE is taking the lead by introducing the fuel-efficient vehicles to its fleet.

Sharjah police department has added 127 fuel-efficient vehicles to its fleet.

Sharjah police said that they are also test driving Toyota’s zero-emission fuel-cell technology.

There are other UAE states which are also working to contribute towards vision 2021.
