Honda Will be Using Local Parts In Volume Models
For the sake of surviving in the market, Honda one of the giant automakers of Japan is planning to include more numbers of local parts in the model of car that company already selling in the different parts of world or you can say the volume models.
The biggest concern of Honda is that the company has made almost 13% less business from April 2010 to 2011 and that certainly hurt the big automaker. According to Honda, this action particularly helps in pricing the all models at the best competitive price and it will also enable the company to strike the industry of automobiles for long term period. Now, this is confirmed that Honda will be using the local parts in its volume models that include City sedan, small car Brio and Jazz.
Mr. Takashi Nagai the Presiden and Chief Executive officer of Honda supported the above decision by saying that this step will help Honda to lower the cost and also will save from the currency fluctuations.
