In United States 12 Governors Ban Vehicles with Internal Combustion Engines by 2035
The governors of California, New York, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Connecticut, Maine, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington State and Rhode Island and Hawaii on Wednesday asked President Joe Biden to support ending sales of new petrol vehicles by 2035. Para The governor argued that setting clear regulatory pathways to ensure that all vehicles sold in the United States are zero emissions "will ultimately clear the air and create jobs on the road." The governor also wants Biden to set standards and adopt incentives to ensure 100% zero emissions of medium and heavy vehicle sales by 2045.
