Electric Cars won't be as Cheap as Normal Cars until 2024
According to a report by The Guardian, automakers will be able to make electric cars that will cost roughly the same as vehicles that only have an internal combustion engine by 2024. The port claims that by 2022, the additional cost of making pure electric cars will face to vehicles that run on fossil fuels will be reduced to $ 1,900 before disappearing in 2024. The report in the outlet cites an investigation by investment bank UBS, which is based on a detailed analysis of the batteries of seven automakers. When it comes to batteries, UBS believes it will cost up to $ 100 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) for electric cars to be almost as affordable as their internal combustion counterparts by 2022.
