No Mechanism to Monitor the Safety and Quality Standard of Cars in Pakistan

In Pakistan there is no regulatory authority to check the safety and quality standard of locally produced cars in Pakistan. The ministry of industries and Pakistan that denies its roles in maintaining and inspecting quality standard and safety features offered by vehicle manufacturer’s cars in Pakistan. In parliament members criticize the previous government for not taking serious steps about the maintaining the quality standards and members of parliament also stated that it will put the citizens of Pakistan life in danger. They demanded to form a new regulatory authority which responsibility is to check and balance the safety and quality standard of cars in Pakistan.
