30pc Vehicles to Go Electric in 10 Years, Says PM’s Aide

Adviser on Climate Change Malik Amin Aslam has said a new transport policy has been formulated under which 30 percent of vehicles will go electric by 2030.

He said while addressing a press conference in Islamabad on Friday.

The Special Assistant said that a special economic zone will be established where electric rickshaws, cars, and buses will be manufactured. It will create immense employment opportunities in the country as well.
