Abu Dhabi Motorists Can Now Use Their Impounded Cars

The motorists in Abu Dhabi who have their vehicles impounded can now park their cars at their place of choice instead of impoundment yard and also use their vehicles for an additional fee.

The new ‘smart vehicle impounding service’ provides a choice for the owners to take the car in their custody instead of letting it being parked at a yard. In a bid to spread awareness among the residents, 40 motorists in Al Dhafra were taught on how to benefit from the new smart vehicle impounding service if their car has been booked.

The measure aimed at providing ease to drivers by keeping their vehicles required for impounding in their custody during the impounding period said the police.
